Dear Bowlers,
It is with great regret that we inform you that the Idle Hours South No-Tap Tournament Committee has decided to cancel the 2020 No-Tap Tournament due to COVID-19 public health restrictions. This decision was made in alignment with recent decisions from the United States Bowling Congress.
While we make this decision with heavy hearts, we believe that it is the best decision to keep all of you safe.
Complete refunds will be given to all captains and group leaders who made a payment. Individual bowlers will not receive a refund. It is the captain’s or group leader’s responsibility to return the funds to their bowlers.
In an effort to streamline the refund process, please send an email to carlk@idlehoursentertainment.com with the complete mailing address of where you want the refund check sent and a current phone number. Also, please provide the dates and times that you were scheduled to bowl. Please, do NOT call the center.
Refunds will be processed and mailed in the order that they were received. Groups that sent multiple checks will be sent a single check for the total amount to the captain or group leader.
Remember, we will start to take reservations for our 2021 event by email beginning May 18, 2020 at 8am. Everyone will receive an email with the 2021 dates and times a few days prior to registration opening. Reservations for the 2021 tournament will made in the order that they are received.
Our 6th Annual Turkey Bowl Doubles Tournament will be held in November. Dates and squad times will be announced by email, on the Idle Hours South Facebook page, and on the www.idlehourssouth.com website in the upcoming months.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support of our tournament. We look forward to seeing all of our friends again at the 6th annual Turkey Bowl Doubles in November as well as next spring for our 2021 Annual Team and Doubles No-Tap Tournament.
Please be sure to follow Idle Hours South on Facebook and www.idlehourssouth.com for news and updates on upcoming events.
